We don't have as much available these days, but to be honest it was getting getting tiresome trying to keep up with all the tomatoes, green beans, okra, and cucumbers. We are transitioning to some fall produce, and it is a welcome change.
We have potatoes in all different colors bagged, labeled, and available for purchase. We are working on shelling and drying our kidney beans and pinto beans. We planted a fall crop of lettuces, but it has been soooo cool lately that I'm not sure there will be much. If it warms up a little we will be offering lettuce for sale. We also have a few pumpkin plants and will be bundling some corn stalks, so you can stop by the stand for some of your autumn/harvest decorations.
In the freezer (you'll have to ring the door bell, call, or email) we have some new grass-fed ground beef. We also bagged and froze some of our awesome bi-color sweet corn. If you enjoyed it over the summer, you can enjoy i over the fall/winter now too.
